Your personalised product

Products are printed sweatshirts and ceramic mugs. They are not knitted or embroidered. You confirm that you have the rights to upload and reproduce your photo. You must inspect and approve the actual dog portrait, name, product layout, size and colour before payment.

Prices & payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. The adult sweatshirt is £44.99 and the matching 11oz mug is £12.99. Delivery is £1.99 below a £50 discounted merchandise subtotal and free from £50. The full total is shown before payment. Children’s sweatshirts are not yet available to buy.

Production & delivery

Orders are printed to order by Two Fifteen. Confirmed production estimates, delivery coverage and seasonal cut-offs will be displayed before purchasing opens. Manufacturing may prevent later changes or cancellation.

Returns & your rights

Personalised goods may be excluded from ordinary change-of-mind cancellation. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain unaffected. Contact us promptly if something is wrong.

Portrait preview limits

Each design allows one generation plus one retry, subject to session, network and daily studio limits. We may pause previews when the allowance is reached. A successful preview does not reserve a product or guarantee checkout availability.
