Looking after your information.
Who we are
My Pup Jumper is operated by Mission Metrics LTD. This privacy notice is a development draft; business address, contact information and the final retention schedule must be completed before sales open.
Your photos & designs
We process your uploaded photo to create your requested festive portrait. Photos and print files are held in private storage with controlled access. OpenAI processes the editing request; Supabase stores the design; Two Fifteen receives the approved print files and delivery details needed to fulfil your order. We do not publish your photo or use it for marketing without separate permission.
Orders & payments
Stripe handles your payment and checkout details. We keep the order, contact and delivery information needed to fulfil and support your purchase. Resend sends transactional emails. Optional accounts use Supabase email authentication.
Retention & your choices
Abandoned design access expires after 14 days. The proposed photo retention is up to 90 days after fulfilment, subject to unresolved support cases; the deletion schedule must be verified before launch. Accounting records are retained separately as legally required. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to lawful retention obligations.
Cookies & marketing
Essential storage supports your basket and secure photo access. Optional analytics and advertising require your choice in cookie preferences. Transactional emails are separate from marketing. You may change cookie preferences in the footer.
Campaign attribution
With optional analytics consent, we record first and last campaign tags, the landing page and the referring website to understand where orders come from. Advertising click IDs are included only with marketing consent. A private attribution cookie has a 30-day window. Rejecting optional cookies clears this association. Confirmed orders retain the source details captured at checkout; later visits do not change them. Expired visitor journeys are removed by the retention worker once the retention policy is approved and enabled.
